How do I get my videos from the 360 booth?
360 videos can be sent to users via text or email following the completion of a session. We offer direct QR download when wifi or data is not available.
If your venue has WiFi, it is best to see if there is a private network we can access to prevent delayed transmission time due to network bandwidth limitations.
Can I have the 360 booth outdoors?
We’re happy to offer our 360 photo booth for outdoor events. However, we’ll require access to a reliable power source and a flat surface for setup. Moreover, it’s crucial to have adequate protection from weather conditions like rain or heat, as failure to provide this could result in the premature termination of our services.
Can I bring my own props?
Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to bring your own props. Feel free to mix and match them with ours, or supply all of them yourself—whatever best suits your event’s needs!
The client can provide props at their own risk. We do not assume liability or responsibility for props provided by the client
How much room do I need for the 360 booth?
Typically, we require a 10×10 to 12×12-foot area with a minimum of 8-foot overhead clearance. However, we can make adjustments to fit your event’s specific needs, should a smaller footprint be necessary.
Can I add my logo to the 360 videos?
Yes, you can add any logos you would like, along with other graphic design elements. Our in-house team will work with you on the design process or, if you have your own graphics team, we can provide a design file for you.
