Welcome to SnapJoy Booths! We are delighted to provide you with our photo booth rental services. Below are the terms and conditions that govern the rental of our photo booths. By renting a photo booth from us, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.
General Terms
The following terms apply to all photo booth rentals provided by SnapJoy Booths to any individual, company, or entity (hereafter referred to as “Client”).
Rental Agreement
Services Included: The rental includes delivery, setup, operation, and breakdown of the photo booth. We provide props, technical support, and an on-site attendant to assist with the photo booth during the event.
Duration of Use: The Client will have access to the photo booth for the duration stated on the package purchased
Payment Agreement
Fees: All fees will be outlined or staed on the packages with each duration stated.
Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days prior to the event: The Client may cancel the booking with forfeiture of 50% of the rental fee
15 to 30 days prior to the event: 75% of the total rental fee will be charged.
Less than 15 days prior to the event: The full rental fee is charged and non-refundable.
Customer Responsibilities
Safe Environment: The Client is responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for the photo booth.
Power and Space: The Client must ensure access to a suitable power supply and adequate space as per the specifications we provide.
Damage to Equipment: The Client is liable for any damage to the photo booth or associated equipment caused by the event attendees.
Liability
SnapJoy Booths will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the rental of the photo booth. We are not responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, power failure, or government restrictions.
Media Release
Photo Usage: The Client grants SnapJoy Booths the right to use images captured at the event for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes.
Opt-Out Option: Clients may opt-out of this clause by providing written notice no later than 7 days prior to the event if they do not wish for their photos to be used.

At SnapJoy Booths, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers’ information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and disclose information from our users (hereafter referred to as “you”) through our website, services, and any software provided on or in connection with SnapJoy Booths services.
